I love working at LedgerGurus for several reasons. There is a prevailing attitude of "We believe in you. You can do this." I have come so far and have learned so much since I started, and it is largely because of this that I've been given the chance to do so. Ideas and innovations are welcomed and those that show initiative and creativity are encouraged. I love how flexible my schedule is. I work almost full-time, but I also have family commitments that I am free to work around. That means my family comes first, and I can still give my job 100%. Lastly, I really love the people I work with. Everyone takes ownership of their sphere of influence and does their best to help the company and each other grow. It's awesome!
